Frannie is a sleeveless lined dress.  It buttons with one button in the back.  The extra fullness at the underarm is pulled up with ties or ribbons in a casing for and easy adjustable fit. This dress can be duplicated in any of my other fabrics. Fabric shown is white and pink bubble polka dot pique, with pink ties under the arms. Monogramming is included in the price.
